Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Let's celebrate today with a COVER REVEAL.
(It's also my Momma's birthday today!!!)

COVER CREATED BY EmCat Designs
Genre: Christian Romance
Release Date: To be Announced

BOOK DESCRIPTION:

Strong-minded and independent, Colonia had life in order. A set plan; to rid herself of her dark past, to allow no man to control her, and become the next best-selling author.

Meeting Tyler changed it all. Charismatic. Sexy and a Marine stationed in Iraq, Tyler was set to come back to the states where Colonia would finally meet him in person.

After the first meet and greet, Colonia fell fast and their relationship went into turbo mode. Moving in together, becoming engaged, and a baby on the way, Colonia felt life was finally in order. However, she slowly learned Tyler had a dark, hidden side. The side of him that made her second guess everything; including herself. His manipulation, lies, and deceit made Colonia feel defenseless. Life took an unexpected turn that pushed Colonia back in church and seeking God's guidance.

She dreaded the thought of leaving but was terrified of the thought of spending the rest of her life without him.

Shamefully, her past was in the past until it reappeared in different ways. Colonia turned to God in hopes of finding direction.

Will she take the chance of leaving or fight for the man she loves?

The United States isn’t what it was before. Life had changed so much in five years. The world we once knew was all but gone. It didn’t take long for everything to fall apart after the last nuclear war took place, which was the start of the most devastating, deadly disasters known to mankind. The war between several countries within Asia had marked the beginning. I don’t know whose bright idea it was to drop a medium-range missile into the mix. The entire North Korean country wiped itself out, leaving the rest of the world to deal with their mess. They described this war as the Holy War.

Surprisingly, the United States didn’t get involved this round. I believe that was because they were using the natural disasters as a cover for what they were planning to do to their own people. The bomb was detonated slightly above ground within the southern parts of Asia. The heat and extreme light scorched everything. As it had been said on the news, the air was all but sucked up leaving the area extremely dry, which caused the fires. The missile had the range of about six hundred miles. Japan and surrounding countries reported the first-hand damage and feeling the shock wave. It leveled buildings and homes. Cars were thrown like paper in the wind. Millions of people were injured and the death toll has soared.

It caused one of many tremendous earthquakes. The biggest came in at a 9.2 on the scale off the coast of South Korea. In response to this massive earthquake, it triggered a tsunami and released underwater landslides, which wiped out Japan. North America and British Columbia were hit by a tsunami and earthquakes were triggered along the fault lines of the west coast of our country. The West coast of the United States suffered radiation and water poisoning.

In the meantime, the President of the United States took action against the destruction. Natural disasters struck one right after another. The government pushed through martial law and created an entirely new world for Americans. The bad part of all of this was that I had been forced to be someone I wasn’t for survival. My name is Chase Hamilton. I am a Navy Seal and this is my story.

Sneak Peek Friday: Fumbled Faith

Another Friday...
Another Preview.
This week I am spotlighting Fumbled Faith, a Christian contemporary romance novel that is emotional and full of ups/downs!!

The sun shined brightly even though the wind was unpleasant at first. The cold didn’t bother me much anymore with all the time I’ve spent outside in it. Laughter came from a small family walking down the other side of the street, while city officials hung Valentine hearts on the lamp posts, preparing for the upcoming holiday. The city around me was offensively bright and cheerful. It showed me that the world had no problem moving on and they’d continue without my precious daughter and wife. I wanted to yell and scream that it wasn’t right, and they can’t forget them. Everything should have been gray and foggy as my emotions, it should have been emotionless and silent. However, even the birds happily sat in the snow-covered trees singing out their songs of joy while the squirrels cared for their babies. I walked through the streets as if I were a silhouette of nothingness, wishing I was the one in the grave. My insides felt mangled and tired from the past three days of a constant nightmare I wished I could have been awakened from. Now, Grace and Lexi were gone, and their lights had been extinguished forever in this world but would remain burning brightly within my heart.

Self Harm Awareness Month

Welcome, March!!!
Who's excited that we are one month closer to SPRING!!!
Oh my gosh, I can't wait for spring to grace us so I can get my deep clean done in the apartment and start spending some time outside.
Until then, I'm going to focus on a subject that is near and dear to my heart.
SELF HARM AWARENESS MONTH!!

If you don't know, I wrote the Silenced Series to help bring awareness to this condition to show that those who self-harm use it to cope
in most cases and it's not to seek attention. If you haven't read Amber's story, you can pick your copy up on Amazon.

During the month of March, I'll be centering my vlogs and blog posts around awareness and the Silenced Series.

Book Descriptions:

Silenced:
Amber Brown spent her entire existence believing Dave was her father. When her mother reveals this is untrue, she goes through an emotional spiral with depression. It's hard for her to believe her mother had lied to her all this time.

A move to a new home and town causes Amber to be consumed by her "darkness" and reverts to cutting to free herself from her pain.

When Casey, her new friend enters her life, she introduces Amber to parties, drugs, and Amber's new boyfriend Landon. The secret of cutting begins to take effect on Amber as she tries to hide it from her friends and family. In the midst of everything, Amber has the desire to find out who her biological father is.

Follow Amber through her trials of depression and cutting, along with the discovery of love.

The Overtaking:

In life when one thing goes wrong, it can feel like everything goes wrong. Secrets come to the surface while friendships twist out of control, romantic relationships end, and even a dear loved one can die!

In Silenced: The Overtaking Amber’s life turns to chaos when she finds out Sarah, her childhood friend dies suddenly, her stepfather reveals another devastating family secret, and her boyfriend begins pushing her away.

After all the truth comes out, Amber turns to her darkness for comfort when her worst fear becomes reality. Her secret with cutting is discovered when she loses control and ends up in the hospital. Amber’s long journey to recovery begins with a battle. While she’s fighting her way to freedom, she discovers the one love she’s been missing her entire life.

Will Amber overtake her darkness of cutting or will the darkness overtake her?
